Thomas A. 'Tom' Walters

Thomas A. "Tom" Walters of Cuba, Missouri was born on September 28, 1957 in St. Louis, Missouri to the union of Custer R. and Nadine E. (Blanton) Walters. He left from this life, surrounded by his family at his home on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at the age of 61 years. Tom was a dedicated employee of LMI Aerospace for the last 18 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing video games and watching movies. Tom is preceded in death by his parents Custer R. and Nadine E. (Blanton) Walters; two brothers Daniel and Frederick Walters; one sister Sue Weston. Tom was a loving son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend of many. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him. Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his nieces and nephews Mike Weston of High Ridge, Marie Weston of Rolla, Bonnie Satterly of Nixa, Eric Walters of Milan, Michigan; one sister-in-law Judy Walters of Cuba; two aunts Ruth Lankford of Pacific and Polly Coffman of Adams, Wisconsin; eleven great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, co-workers and friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2019 1:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Johnson, officiating. Interment will follow at Bourbon Cemetery, Bourbon, Missouri. The Mizell Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Walters family.
