Teri G. Bridgeman of Steelville, Missouri was born January 20, 1926 in Cleveland, Ohio to the union of Elmer James and Helen Anne (nee: Macks) Lentz and left from this life on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at her home in Steelville at the age of 86 years. Teri was united in marriage to Robert "Bob" Georgia on June 28, 1946 and to this union three children were born; Kimmie, Kirk and Keith. Teri was then united in marriage on November 1995 at Oxnard, California to John "Johnny" A.F. Bridgeman. Teri spent 24 years being a librarian at the Banyan Elementary School and the Sequoia Middle School, which are both part of the Conejo Valley School District in Thousand Oaks, California. After retiring, Teri traveled the world, going to the places she had spent years reading about. Teri enjoyed the last years of her life living on the farm and watching the cows. But what she enjoyed most was spending time with her family and friends. Teri was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, great aunt, great-great aunt, sister-in-law and friend of many. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. Teri is preceded in death by her parents Elmer and Helen Lentz, husbands Robert "Bob" Georgia and Johnny Bridgeman, one son Keith Georgia, one brother Jack Lentz and a host of other relatives and friends. Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her children Kimmie and husband Jimmie McAuley of Oxnard, California and Kirk and wife Carole Georgia of Coral Springs, Florida, step son Don and wife Vickie Bridgeman, of Cuba, twenty five grandchildren, twenty eight great grandchildren, special niece/nephew and caregivers Debbie and Terry Bridgeman of Steelville, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, sister-in-laws, brother-in-laws, and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be Saturday, April 28, 2012 from 5 till 8 p.m. at the Mizell Funeral Home, 904 W Washington, Cuba, Missouri. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2012 at the Mizell Funeral Home with Brother John Ripley officiating and special music will be "The Old Rugged Cross", "Amazing Grace" and "How Great Thou Art". Interment and prayers will follow at the Meramec Hills Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri. The Mizell Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving the Bridgeman family
