Sally L. Deadrick of Hillsboro formerly of Cuba, Missouri was born August 31, 1936 at St. Louis, Missouri to the union of Mendell F. and Louella Grace (Nee: Mayberry) Randolph and left from this life on Sunday, December 14, 2014 at Hillsboro, Missouri at the age of 78 years. Sally was united in marriage to Edward Deadrick on December 13, 1968. They were the proud parents of Randy, Sandy and Diana. Sally worked as a teller at the Bank of Overland for many years before they moved to Indian Hills Lake. She then worked for Franklin Variety and ended her working career at Doughboys Pizza where she was known as the salad queen. Sally was raised Baptist and dedicated her life to the Lord at a very young age. In her spare time she enjoyed fishing, bowling, reading, writing poetry and playing the Play Station. What Sally enjoyed most in her life was spending time with her family and friends. Sally was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great grandmother, great-great grandmother, aunt, great aunt, sister-in-law, cousin and friend of many. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. Sally is preceded in death by her parents Mendell and Grace Randolph, husband Edward Deadrick, one sister Barbara Harris and other relatives and friends. Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her loving children Randy and wife Charlene Deadrick of Bourbon, Sandy Deadrick of Cuba and Diana and husband Steve Hite of Hillsboro, beautiful grandchildren Rebecca and husband Anthony Emily, Josh and wife Lora Deadrick, Krysten Deadrick Billy Bloomner and Jarred and wife Ashley Bloomner, amazing great grandchildren Timothy Springer, Dylon Bloomner, Lily Parker and Odin Parker, one precious great-great grandchild Ivan Law, one brother Richard "Dick" Randolph of Cuba, brother-in-law Bill Deadrick of St. Louis, sister-in-law Mary and husband Ken Hensler of St. Louis, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 17, 2014 from 4:00 till 7:00 PM at the Mizell Funeral Home, 904 W Washington St, Cuba, Missouri. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 18, 2014 at the Mizell Funeral Home, Cuba, Missouri. Special music will be "Amazing Grace", "Go Rest High on that Mountain" and "When I Get Where I'm Going". Interment and prayers will follow at the Meramec Hills Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri. The Mizell Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving the Deadrick family.
