Norman J. Roberts, Jr.

Norman J. Roberts, Jr. of Cuba, Missouri was born on Monday, August 10, 1959 in St. Louis, Missouri to the union of Norman J. and Eileen (Balling) Roberts, Sr. He left from this life at his home on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at the age of 62.

Norm was a custodian for the Crawford County R 2 School District, since 2007. He enjoyed his job, because it gave him the opportunity interact with the kids. He loved living at Indian Hills, where he could spend time on the water boating with his friends and going fishing. He was also a coin collector.

Norm is preceded in death by his parents Norman J. and Eileen (Balling) Roberts, Sr.; two sisters Patricia Wirt and Darlene Lyons; one brother Jay Lyons.

Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his loving daughter Kathryn and husband Bradley Cox of Steelville; two grandchildren Gunner and Hunter Cox; former wife and friend Lisa Roberts of Eureka; nieces, nephews, coworkers and many friends.

In keeping with his wishes, Norm will be cremated.

Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri.

Memorial Service will be held on Friday, January 7, 2022 6:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home with Lesa Mizell, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to Cuba VFW Post #7147 704 E. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri 65453.
