Myrtle Marcella Arvin of Belle, Missouri was born on October 11, 1943 in Granite City, Illinois to the union of Raymond H. and Myrtle (Jones) Williams. She left from this life on Thursday, November 11, 2021 at her home at the age of 78 years.
Marcella was a homemaker and she loved taking care of her family and home. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan and she enjoyed fishing, word puzzles, coloring and listening to country and gospel music.
Marcella is preceded in death by her parents Raymond H. and Myrtle (Jones) Williams; husband Joseph Arvin; two sons Donald Williams and Timmy Powell; one brother Raymond Eugene Williams; one nephew Steven Williams.
Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her five children Kenny Powell of Belle, Jeff and wife Robin Powell of Imperial, Tonya and husband James Riden of Belle, Tommy Powell of Imperial, Andy Arvin of Bowling Green; two nephews Raymond WiIliams of Barnhart and Paul Williams of St. Louis; sixteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri.
Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 1:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home with Pastor Bob Coleman, officiating.
Interment will follow at St. James Cemetery, St. James, Missouri.
