Logan Esten Callahan

Logan Esten Callahan was born Sunday, January 13, 2019 at Missouri Baptist Hospital, Sullivan, Missouri to the union of Jesse Callahan and Morgan Dixon of Cuba. He left from this life on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at St. Louis Children's Hospital at the young age of 9 months.

Logan was loved by everyone who knew him and took care of him. He had all the nurses wrapped around his little finger and he was always smiling at them. He loved to be surrounded by his stuffed animals.

His eyes would light up every time his mommy and daddy came in the room. He was truly loved and spoiled by everyone.

He was a loving son, baby brother, grandson, great grandson, nephew, great nephew and cousin. He will be remembered for his smile and sparkling eyes.

He is preceded in death by his great grandpa Jerry Livesay; great grandma Diana Harris and other family and friends.

Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his loving parents Jesse Callahan and Morgan Dixon of Cuba; big brother Aiden Callahan of Bridgeton, Missouri; grandparents, LaDonna Driver of Cuba, Curtis and wife Deborah Callahan of Cuba, Tanya Armstrong of Dupo, Illinois, Barry Dixon of Lebanon, Illinois; great grandparents, Charlotte Livesay of Cuba, Walter and Joyce Lee of Cuba, Rick Armstrong of Bowling Green, Missouri; Edward Harris of Cahokia, Illinois, aunts, uncles, great aunts, great uncles, cousins and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be Friday, October 25, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00 p.m. at the Mizell Funeral Home, 904 W Washington Street, Cuba.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, October 25, 2019 at the Mizell Funeral Home with Brother John Ripley officiating. Special music will be by Great Uncle David Callahan.

Interment, prayers and balloon release will follow at Kinder Cemetery, Cuba.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Logan's family would be greatly appreciated.
