Laurie Renee Tweedy

Laurie Renee Tweedy of Cuba, Missouri formerly of St. Louis, Missouri was born to the union of Arnold and Janet (Monear) Olson on May 2, 1963 in Fargo, North Dakota and left from this life on Friday, October 4, 2013 at her home at the age of 50. Laurie worked in the Dietary Dept. at Gravois Healthcare in Fenton for several years, before becoming disabled. She enjoyed going for walks and helping take care of her nephews and niece. Laurie is preceded in death by her parents Arnold and Janet (Monear) Olson. Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her son Justin David Tweedy of St. Louis, Missouri; one sister Lisa Olson of Cuba, Missouri; one brother Tim Olson; nephews and niece Kristofer, Lance, Alexander, Shawn, Skylar, Carter, Christopher, Jr., Eric, Derek, Amanda and Joshua; many friends. Cremation rites were accorded, with no services planned at this time. The Mizell Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Tweedy family.
