Karen Gay Brandenburger

Karen Gay Brandenburger of Warrenton, Missouri was born Wednesday, December 7, 1949 at Mexico, Missouri to the union of John Henry and Evelyn "Bea" Brandenburger. Karen went home to be with The Lord on Monday, October 22, 2018 at St. Joseph Hospital, Lake St. Louis at the age of 68 years. Karen was a loving daughter, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt, niece, cousin and friend. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her. She is preceded in death by her father John Henry Brandenburger, sister Mary B. Miller, step brother James Hammett and other family and friends. Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her mother Bea Brandenburger of Ohio, one brother John and fiancé Terry Brandenburger of Ohio, sister Jerri Ann and husband Wes Sites of Washington, Missouri, step sister Rhonda and husband Terry Sampson of Hannibal, Missouri, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. A private graveside was held at Oak Hill Cemetery, Cuba. Special music was "Amazing Grace" and "How Great Thou Art". The Mizell Funeral Home of Cuba is honored to be serving Karen's family.
