John J. "Jack" Reynolds Jr.

John J. "Jack" Reynolds, Jr. of St. Louis, Missouri was born on Tuesday, December 30, 1930 in St. Louis, Missouri to the union of John J. and Vera (Rolf) Reynolds, Sr. He left from this life, surrounded by his family, at his home on Wednesday, October 30, 2019 at the age of 88 years.

Jack was united in marriage to Margaret M. Rohrbach on January 19, 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri. To this union five children were born Thomas, Joan, Michelle, Barbara and Sharon.

Jack retired from Marsh & McLennan Agency as an Account Executive. He would then work as a funeral assistant and chauffer for a few local funeral homes, in which he truly enjoyed. He was devoted to his faith, family and friends.

Jack honorably served his country in the United States Navy during the Korean War. He was a member of St. Louis County Post #111 A.L. and the Disabled American Veterans.

He was a loving son, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend to many. He will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents John J. and Vera (Rolf) Reynolds, Sr. two brothers Bob and Larry Reynolds; two grandchildren Christine Reynolds and Bradley Gregory.

Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his loving wife of sixty-seven years Margaret M. Reynolds of St. Louis, Missouri; five children Thomas and wife JoAnn Reynolds of St. Louis, Missouri, Joan and husband Gary Schlichtig of Imperial, Missouri, Michelle and husband Don Overman of St. Louis, Missouri, Barbara and husband Mike Gregory of St. Louis, Missouri, Sharon ad husband Barry Fisher of Arnold, Missouri; two sisters-in-law Adele Reynolds of St. Louis, Missouri, Connie Rohrbach of St. Louis, Missouri; thirteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and many friends.

Memorial Mass will celebrated on Saturday, November 9, 2019 10:00 a.m. at St. Mark Catholic Church 4220 Ripa Ave. St. Louis, Missouri.

In keeping with his wishes, Jack will be cremated and his urn will be placed in the Columbarium at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, with full military honors.

If desired, masses are preferred.
