Jack B. Chamberlin

October 16, 1938 — February 24, 2014

Jack B. Chamberlin of Cuba, Missouri was born to the union of Frederick and Della (Baker) Chamberlin on October 16, 1938 in Tulsa, Oklahoma and left from this life on Monday, February 24, 2014 at Meramec Nursing Center in Sullivan, Missouri at the age of 75. Jack was united in marriage to Eileen Mueller on January 5, 1962 and to this union two sons were born Richard and Steven. Jack retired from McDonnell Douglas after 37 years of dedicated service as an Electrical Planner. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, jigsaw puzzles and spending time with his family and friends. Jack is preceded in death by his parents Frederick and Della (Baker) Chamberlin. Those who are left to treasure his memory and to continue his legacy are his wife of 52 years Eileen Chamberlin of Cuba, Missouri; two sons Richard "Rick" and wife Angie Chamberlin of Cuba, Missouri, Steven Chamberlin of Lake of Ozarks, Missouri; six grandchildren Christopher and wife Emmy Chamberlin, Beth and husband Scott Wolfgang, Brandon Chamberlin, Jeff and Jordan Branham, Drew Chamberlin; one great-granddaughter Alayna; one brother-in-law Lee and wife Sharon Mueller of St. Louis, Missouri; four nephews Doug and Joseph Mueller, Craig and Curt Wedbush; and many friends. Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2014 4:00 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home. As per his wishes, Jack will be cremated following the funeral service. If desired, memorials would be appreciated to the Alzheimer's Association. The Mizell Funeral Home is honored to be serving the Chamberlin family.
