Donald D. Miller of Cuba, Missouri was born on August 12, 1947, in Quincy, Illinois to Thomas A. and Helen Miller. He peacefully passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at the age of 76 in the comfort of his own home.
Don dutifully served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. After many years of dedicated service, he retired as a heavy equipment mechanic for Ditch Witch in Sullivan. Don cherished his time living at Indian Hills Lake where he found joy in fishing and watching NASCAR races.
Don is preceded in death by his parents Thomas A. and Helen Miller and his brother Gary Miller.
He leaves behind a lasting legacy and memories cherished by his two daughters, Teri Miller and her significant other Hoyt McCann, III of Cuba, and Donann Miller of Texas. Also remembering him are his two granddaughters, Wynter N. Parker of St. Louis and Quinlan Miller of Sherman, Texas. Don's companion Melanie Stiff of Cuba and her son Andres Stiff of St. Louis will also fondly remember him.
A celebration of life service will be held at a date and time to be announced, providing an opportunity for loved ones to come together and honor the memory of Donald D. Miller.
