Christine S. Green

Christine S. Green of Cuba, Missouri was born on Tuesday, March 26, 1957 in St. Louis, Missouri to the union of George J. and Bernice C. (Sypniewski) Green, Jr. She left from this life on Monday, November 2, 2020 at her home at the age of 63 years.

Christine was a homemaker. She enjoyed raising and spoiling her three children. As her parents aged, she became a care giver for them. She would later become Grammy to her four amazing grandchildren. She loved to cook, garden, plant flowers, be up to date on politics and spend time with her family and friends.

Christine is preceded in death by her parents George J. and Bernice C. (Sypniewski) Green, Jr.

Christine was a loving daughter, sister, sister-in-law, mother, grammy, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend of many. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy are her three children Joey and wife Rachel Liscombe of Dardenne Prairie, Cassie Liscombe of Cuba, Missouri, Katie and husband Cody Morris of Rolla, Missouri; four grandchildren Allison, Layla, Daphney and Amelia; two brothers Jerry and wife Carole Green of Mims, Florida, Tom and wife Lori Green of Villa Ridge, Missouri; nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and friends.


Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6, 2020 from 5-8 p.m. at Mizell Funeral Home 904 W. Washington St. Cuba, Missouri.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 7, 2020 11:00 a.m. at Holy Cross Catholic Church, with Father Dan Lueckennotte as the celebrant.

Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Cuba, Missouri.
