Callie Ann Reid

April 18, 1972 — March 4, 2016

Callie Ann Reid of Leasburg, Missouri was born April 18, 1972 at St. Louis, Missouri to the union of Shirley and Donald Reid and left from this life unexpectedly and peacefully at home on March 4, 2016 at the age of 43 years. Callie loved life and was strong in spirit and action. She encountered numerous challenges but strived to overcome each and every one. As a friend, she was loyal; as a cousin and step sister, she offered help when needed and as a daughter, she expressed love and compassion as she took care of her mother during a long illness. She will always be her father's No. 1 daughter. Callie Ann's untimely death leaves a void in far too many lives. She touched everyone in a special way and will always be treasured. Callie is preceded in death by her mother Shirley Reid and other family and friends. Those who are left to treasure her memory and to continue her legacy is her loving father Donald Reid of Leasburg, step sister Jill, step brother Danny, special companion Joey, her four legged furry friend Shelby, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
